Note: We are unable to expedite shipping on any orders that ship Freight (e.g., Bumpers). If you are ordering multiple items, one of which is a bumper, and you would like to expedite shipping on the other items, we recommend completing two separate orders (one including your bumper, shipped freight, and one including your other items, shipping in the expedited manner desired).



MagnumTruckGear.com ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship directly to Hawaii, Alaska, or any international destinations. Due to certain restrictions by the parcel carriers that we use and the size of the packages we ship, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. If you have such an address we recommend shipping your order to a friend or family member and having them receive it for you. If you choose to do this, please make sure that someone can inspect the package for damage and fitment upon its arrival. Regular stock items typically leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays). Made to order items typically leave our warehouse in 7-15 business days. Depending on the distance of your location from the warehouse it ships from please allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping.



If you have your tracking number, please contact the parcel carrier we used to ship your order. Using your tracking number, verify with the carrier when/where the package was dropped off as drivers will often leave packages with neighbors, behind fences, etc.

If your order was shipped incorrectly (wrong item, missing part of your order, etc.) MagnumTruckGear.com will assume all associated shipping costs. If you simply want to return an item then shipping charges will vary depending on the shipping method that you select. All costs related to return an item that was not shipped with an error will be incurred by the customer.

If your order is shipping freight, yes, an adult (18 years or older) must be present to receive and sign for your order (Please note that all bumpers ship freight). Unless specifically requested by you, or noted on your order, delivery of most other orders will not require a signature.  



Immediately after your order is placed you will receive a receipt for your order via email that will state your expected shipping time frame. Then when your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified via email that your order has shipped and will receive a tracking number. Typically all of our standard ground shipping & freight shipping is done by FedEx. Occasionally our shipping partners will "interline," your shipment using a third party carrier to get your package to you in a more timely manner. If your order is "interlined," you will not notice any difference in your service or tracking methods but the name on the truck delivering your package may be a company other than FedEx. If you receive a tracking number for a shipping company that is different than the one you selected during checkout it is not incorrect, it was just chosen by us because it was a more expedient shipping option. 



We always recommend carefully inspecting your order upon arrival. If your order was shipped STANDARD GROUND (or any of our expedited shipping options) and you notice that it appears damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately at +1 (888) 267-4320, customerservice@magnumtruckgear.com or via the chat function in the lower right hand corner of this page and we will do our best to rectify the situation. 

If your order was shipped via FREIGHT and it shows signs of external damage, please inspect it further while the driver is still there. If, after further inspection, you expect that the shipped item will be in satisfactory condition, note the potential for damage on the bill of lading with the driver and accept the delivery. If it is clear that your order has been damaged in shipping, refuse the order and do not allow deliver of it. Once we have confirmed that the shipment will be returned to us we will re-ship an undamaged order to you.



All standard ground carriers have limits on the size/weight of parcels they will accept. If the parcel exceeds that size/weight then we must ship the item Freight.



Yes, when you are on the checkout page of MagnumTruckGear.com you will be prompted to enter/select both, a billing address and a shipping address. 

Note: Sales tax is charged based on the shipping address. If your item is shipped to an address within the State of Arizona you will be charged sales tax even if your billing address is in another state. 


We will always ship your product as soon as it is available. This may sometimes result in multiple shipments for the same order. If one of the items in your order will ship via Freight because of its size, and another item in your order will ship via Standard Ground, they will arrive in separate shipments. We proudly ship each of our Magnum Bumpers in a custom built crate to help ensure it arrives in satisfactory condition. For items that ship via Freight we take every precaution possible to make sure they arrive to you in the best condition possible.




Yes! Currently we offer expedited shipping options on most orders that DO NOT include a bumper.

Note: Expedited ship times are still in addition to order processing times (1-3 business days, and 7-15 business days depending on the items in your order).

Yes, most products carry a manufacturer's warranty and it is listed on the product page before purchasing.

Warranty Claims
All warranty claims should begin with an email to our customer service department at customerservice@magnumtruckgear.com. Photographs of the potential warranty must be sent with a brief description of the problem. Original purchase date must be included in this warranty claim. You will be contacted by our customer service department in a reasonable amount of time to review your claim and discover any additional information. It is the sole discretion of the manufacturer to determine if the Product shall be replaced or repaired. All Product warranties or repairs from the manufacturer do not include the freight or shipping in any way. Freight will be the responsibility of the customer. Labor is never included in any warranty claim.

Vehicle fit is very important. To ensure that your product fits and avoid the hassle and extra expense of a return, it is crucial you know the following information:

Year, Make, Model, Cab Size, Bed Length, Fender Flares (With vs. Without)*, Exhaust (Dual vs. Single), Parking Sensors, & Other Aftermarket Modifications (i.e. Lift, Suspension, etc.).

No. While some of our customers prefer to have the products installed at a shop or by a professional, it is absolutely NOT necessary. All products can be easily installed at home by following our simple instructions. Installation instructions come with all products.



Yes! All Magnum Truck Gear products can be installed by the end-user. Installation instructions are provided. There are also installation videos available on our YouTube channel you can view by CLICKING HERE



The majority of products on our site are installed without a drill, helping to simplify the installation and preserve your vehicle’s resale value. Our engineers make every effort to design products that will have the simplest installation process possible; however due to some vehicle designs, a few or our products may require minor drilling. 



Yes, all of the parts and hardware necessary for installation are included. Some additional tools, such as a tape measure, socket wrench, floor jack, clips, tape, etc. may be required. An installation guide is included with every product. No, there are no fees associated with "Magnum Money."


Upon purchase you immediately receive a multi-digit code that acts as your gift card. This code is entered in to the gift card section of the shopping cart when you are ready to use it. 


No, there is no sales tax collected on Magnum Money. You will however be charged sales tax if your billing address is inside the State of Arizona when you go to purchase a product with Magnum Money.

There is a 20% restocking/return fee for all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns require a return authorization number so you must contact us before returning the item or we cannot guarantee a refund.

Merchandise that has been installed, used, drilled, bent, scratched or otherwise damaged and is no longer in new and ready-to-sell condition should not be returned and cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged unless it has a manufacturer defect or was damaged in shipping. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, including all parts and paperwork. 

We require all returned merchandise to be insured for the full purchase price and shipped at your expense. 

All shipping and handling fees for exchanged merchandise will also be your responsibility. 

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once your item has been received at the original shipping warehouse.



All returns will require a specific shipping address depending upon the manufacturer of the item. The address will be provided once we are contacted and retrieve your return authorization number. We will then supply all necessary return information usually within 1-3 business days.


Typically refunds are issued within 2-3 business days after the item is received and inspected. 



Should you wish to cancel your order or cancel an item from your order you must contact our customer service right away. Some of the products that we offer are special order items. While MagnumTruckGear.com will make every effort to cancel your order, we can't guarantee it will happen.
